Pm-utils and uswsusp issue

I have wierd problem with pm-utils and uswsusp.Suspend work and I can resume from suspend,everything is ok,I can use system without any problem,but when I try to shutdown system,it freeze itself,and only hard power off working.When I don't use suspend,shutdown works normally.I tried with ctrl+alt+F1 to shutdown from other console,but same thing happened.Anybody had same issue,and how to kill x,maybe problem is in GUI?

EDIT
I forgot to mention that same issue happen when I try to switch to init 3.
