Emuzed Angel Dual Tv Tuner

Ive been trying to get this tuner to work for some time now and never really got a difinitive answer on whether or not it would work. Ive searched google multiple times and all the stuff Ive read pretty much stops at lspci. Heres all the info I have about the card

lspci
