bootloader

i installed grub and i put it in the linux partition, but it dont see windows. What could I do?

Nothing in Arch is really automatic, its up to you to configure grub.  Edit /etc/grub/menu.lst and then uncomment the windows entry.  Alternatively use GOOGLE thats what it's for!

You will realize that the question you asked was impossible to answer properly.
The least you would have to do was to show us the output from 'fdisk -l' and the content of your /boot/grub/menu.lst file. Also - on which partition(s) you installed arch. Hence the brevity of my first answer - a little tongue-in-cheek (I admit) but in the same spirit as your question.

All that being said and done - welcome to arch!!
