so this is my first time installing an os ever lol.. but anyway i've got to the very end (i think) then it comes up with load archlinux. i say yes then this comes up

It looks to me that you either have a bad copy of the Arch installer (as in the download is corrupted) or you have some hardware issue.
Did you verify that your download MD5 was correct?
