How can i install qt themes out side of kde? Im using awesome, I opened qtconfig and there is no way to manually install theme.(genius feature : /) but apparently it is done automatically by search through a PATH variable which apparently either does not exist out of kde or does not search anywhere in home/. (This is not the same as the shell PATH) So how can I manually install a qt theme.
I'm just lost n00b!

You can throw them into /usr/share/themes for global usage, or into ~/.thems for the current user only. qtconfig will find them afterwards.

sorry none of those suggestions worked. This is what is stated in qtconfig.
"Any GUI Style plugins in your plugin path will automatically be added to the list of built-in Qt styles. (See the Library Paths tab for information on adding new plugin paths.)"
I don't have a library path tab. But it does not matter I realized after reading the fine print on the theme page, it uses something called Qtcurve. Which requires 400mb of kde. So im never going to use this theme. Sorry for bothering, my mistake. Never used qt themes before.

qtcurve is just a unified theme for kde4/kde3/gtk, and no, you don't need to install 400 MB of KDE for it. Just install "qtcurve-qt4" from AUR.
Still, I can't underswtnd why you explicitly want to use qtcurve. For using your current GTK themes on QT4 apps, simply pick "GTK+" as theme within qtconfig.
