Problem booting

Can't get past loading udev in VirtualBox 2.2.4
Guest Mem: 256MB
Host Mem: 1GB
2009.02 FTP i686 is my version of Arch that I installed.
Both Arch and Arch Fallback cannot load past udev when booting. I did a standard installation.
Slow burn + Verifying files was done on the freshly burned CD.
Any help would be appreciated.
