[Solved] Openoffice : impossible to install pdf-import extension...
Hey all 
Why is it impossible to install pdf-import extension for Openoffice under Archlinux ?
It works very well with other distros... Is it an Openoffice version problem ?

If you downgrade to the 3.1.0-1 package (you'll need to downgrade icu to 4.0-2 as well), you should have no problems with installing extensions.

machoo02 : for me the problem is only with pdf-import... No problems with another extensions

I'll give you a step by step guide:
1) Click the "bugs" link in the menu at the top of the page.
2) search for "openoffice"
3) click the relevant link

Now it works, no problem to install pdf-import extension. But...
I used it a lot with the vanilla openoffice.org, now the same pdfs that were easily loaded show lots of problems.
What's going on? Did I miss something?
The i586 generic version from go-oo.org already has a packaged pdf-import extension. Does it work? Is it the same extension? Does the Sun provided extension it work for you?
