Numeric keypad doesn't work now (I entered a wrong touch combinaison)

Hello
Today I wanted to put a special character in my pseudo on MSN like "⇙' or "±"
But now, my numeric keypad doesn't work... And it's a big problem for me, because I often used it

Some could help me ?

I use Gnome, I tried to reboot, but it still not works

Help !
It works in slim login manager, but not in gnome...

EDIT: When I type a number on my numeric keypad, my cursor move in the right direction designed, but it's not what I want

Shift-Num Lock toggles cursor control with the numeric keypad (5 is click, /, *, and - choose button for clicking).

i have same problem arise when i toggel Shift+Num lock
but now its work but its work when i Num lock off then num pad works
whts it?
