Starx is not working, Xinit does.

I was following the Bigginer guide. And for some reason when I type starx, X doesn't start. But when I type xinit, it does.

Probably not big problem, I can use xinit. But why do you think it does like this?

are you trying "starx" or "startx"?  Since you misspelled it twice I thought it might not be a typo...

He is new to Arch, so I guess he read it wrong and was trying with starx instead of startx. Trying with startx will solve your problem. wink
