I'm getting a few of these recently:
kernel: EXT3-fs error (device sda4): ext3_lookup: deleted inode referenced: 1679361
I use aMule and have lots of 2GB+ files on sda4
/etc/fstab
UUID=738ce19e-730e-499b-ae48-978ab9e67326 /boot ext2 defaults,noatime 0 2
UUID=4ba03ce9-852a-4c70-8f9a-0f35a8b04281 / ext3 defaults,noatime 0 1
UUID=87f556fe-3df5-448e-bbbb-81ca8b908a48 /var ext3 defaults,noatime 0 2
UUID=7c792232-bd6d-42c6-84c8-a960cdd8456d /home ext3 defaults,noatime,data=journal 0 2
are they anything to worry about....
if so, what should i do?

you are (or some program) read a directory that have a referenced to a deleted inode.
Login as root, umount sda4 and do a fsck
what is your kernel version?

Could this of occurred after a full system freeze? (had one the other day, and had to hard shutdown).
