pacman Update - Error on xz-utils scriptlet and yelp .install

After the recent massive upgrade, gnome-desktop,bash 4.0, firefox 3.5,lua,python.... it got stuck near the end with these two errors

(27/28) upgrading xz-utils                          [####################################################################################################################################################] 100%
/tmp/alpm_wpiDbX/.INSTALL: line 17: gconfpkg: command not found
error: scriptlet failed to execute correctly
(28/28) upgrading yelp                              [####################################################################################################################################################] 100%

Rebooted and tried to reinstall - zx-utils looks like its installed fine, yelp has more errors

install gconf and submit a bug report.
