Wiki page for discussion on pacman package signing

If anybody feels like contributing, they can start with consolidating all discussions on pacman-dev mailing list regarding gpg signing. Any links/pointers to how other distros implement signing(With the pros and cons of each approach) is also most appreciated

I'm all for this feature, but it looks like development is stalled based on the links from the wiki page. It's really hard to argue against implementing this, I think it's just a matter of someone taking the time to do it.
