No offense, benplaut, but do you really expect someone to list the changes here for you? A better idea would be to start with Arch news - every posting is available at archlinux.org/news. Start at whatever date you want and read up to today. Follow up anything that strikes you as important by reading related bbs/ml posts and wiki articles. Then grab the latest iso/img, install it, and come back with any remaining questions.

Oh, and don't forget #archlinux, if you're the IRC type.

Yup, definitely. The packages may be newer but the Arch way stays the same.

One important thing you might run into are the Xorg input hotplugging changes. Essentially, you have to either disable hotplugging in your xorg.conf or be running hal, or else your mouse/keyboard will not work when you startx.
