I was wondering how I Could import the settings and bookmarks from the Firefox I was using on Windows to the one I'm using on Arch. I know where the bookmarks are stored on Windows but not on Linux.

With bookmark manager ?
e.g.

I think it must be somewhere in the ~/.mozilla/firefox
Grep for it.

Bookmarks are easy to import between operating systems just by using organize bookmarks->import and backup and then saving as .json (Backup...). When you want to replace your current bookmarks with the ones saved in a file, just use restore->choose file...
Edit: vimperator was too eager to post my unfinished reply

Have a look at the Xmarks extension for firefox:
The day Microsoft makes a product that doesn't suck, is the day they make a vacuum cleaner.

But if they tell you that I've lost my mind, maybe it's not gone just a little hard to find...

Maxa, I did that, but it didn't import all of the bookmarks. Only about half.

You could just copy the Mozilla folder from appdata/roaming or whatever it is and rename it as .mozilla in your home dir.

I'd rather not lol...also it's odd. Looking at the bookmarks.html file, it's not copying half, but it seems like not all my bookmarks are there. Because looking at the list I know I have a lot more....
