Looking for a guide on an FTP-installation method of Arch

Maybe I'm blind or dumb or something, but I just couldn't find any step-by-step guide on how to install Arch Linux using an FTP-ISO burned on CD. Could anyone help me with a link, please? roll

Maybe there is a new turret, or some walls have moved. Or perhaps someone has temporarily removed the floor under your bed."

It's the same as with the core-cd... start with the "beginners guide" in the wiki - and simply select "install from ftp" during the setup

The Official Install Guide covers it too.

So it's just like selecting an option in the setup script and go? Really? Well that's simple big_smile

No offense intended, Zibi1981, but if you need a guide like that to install Arch, you should really reconsider your choice of distro.

Not taken wink I've been using Arch Linux for over a year now, maybe 1,5 year. First I successfully installed it on my desktop PC, and now on my laptop, so you can say I'm quite familiar with this distribution. The reason I was looking for a step-by-step guide on FTP-installation procedure is I've never done this before and don't I have time to sit down for half a day and collect data.
Thanks for help smile
