Unable to boot the liveCD, I get grub> only

Hi all, as said in the title I get exactly that:
I've burn the Arch 2009-02 ISO livecd.
I put it in an external USB cdrom.
It seems to boot but I get only grub> and that's all.
I try the same operation with archlinux 2008-06, but I obtains the same.

an older archlinux  (I don't remember with one) but preview than 2008-06 boot perfectly and install correctly except for the network : the gigabit realtek card do not seems to work.

Other distro like PcOSLinux, Fedora, dsl, etc .. works perfectly (boot and install).

If someone as a clue ?
I've tried booting with USB key but it doesn't detect anything.

Thanks in advance for any kind of help.
