Request for bins package

Please guys, I want the bins (http://bins.sautret.org/) package. This is a perl based photo album generator and is cool.

I have lots of photos that I need to put up on my web site so I require this.

i don't know bins, but there is a really good alternative:

http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/

however, it needs php and a db, IM or gd
