Best way to print txt2tags documents?

I'm looking into txt2tags because I need to find a lightweight alternative to openoffice and even abiword, but I don't want the great complexity of latex. I've read plenty of guides and other online documents about txt2tags, but nothing about people actually writing documents for print. What is the best way to get good looking documents to print with txt2tags? In other words, after creating a marked up .t2t file, which format should I convert to to print (without much hassle and with the document looking great)?

Also, can txt2tags do fonts? OpenType? Ligatures? I've been googling my head off and still can't find any clear cut answers to these things.

If txt2tags isn't the best solution, what do other archers use in place of GUI office software?
