X broken because of conflict catalyst-utils

This is Just an FYI so hopefully the package maintainers can fix it for the future.

libgl conflicts with Catalyst-utils however libgl is required by a few Xorg components( mesa, xorg-server )

Basically if you run the Catalyst + catalyst-utils packages from AUR and xorg components are updated it automatically installs libgl even though that breaks catalyst-utils, thereby breaking X for anyone using the catalyst drivers. A person then needs to remove libgl with the --nodepends option and reinstall catalyst-utils to get X working again.

Not very intuitive and kind of defeats the purpose of dependency and conflict checking...

I had to deal with this at work again today as I think I have had to deal with it every time libgl or anything depending on libgl has been updated. and every time I see countless posts about x breaking because of it. My bad for not reporting it sooner I just alway fix it and forget about reporting it.

a person who have catalyst _needs_ to rebuild it every time when xorg is updated.

ummm I only rebuild catalyst-utils which it would not let me do unless I forced it or forced the removal of libgl.
look at provides and conflicts in these files.

Either way seems like splitting hairs on the issue, dependency tracking and conflict tracking is not taking place for this setup
