The Ideal all-around distro for my usb flash drive

Maybe someone can help me out.  I am looking to create a usb flash drive with some type of linux installed (not as a livecd, but as an actual install that will allow me to save any changes I make like installing software or customizing desktop background).  There are some apps that I was looking at that I would really like to include in this distro, such as Spoonwep/2/WPA (from Nubuntu), as well as other things Ophcrack, PartedMagic, and SystemRescueCD.  I have been using Arch and I really like it.  Is there any way to install these apps on a usb install of Arch at all, or is there an easy way to get all of these utilities on one distro.

Yeah, scooterpd.  You can install just like a regular install, but there are a couple differences.  Take a look at my blog listed below.

Look at susestudio.com - You can build/customize your own suse ISO and USB is supported!
