ups & winpower manager

Hi all,
i bought an ups (powermus office 650) with usb connection! But i was not able to set up the software!

I tried wit apcups but someone told me that doesn't work with my ups! So i installed winpower manager 3.0.1 but it doesn't see the ups!!

The ups is connected and with dmesg i can see it at hiddev0, but winpower don't!

Can u help me??

1. First of all: "Can u help me??" It's not neccesary, because if we can, we will.

2. Who said that apcups couldn't work ?

if i follow that wiki i receive this error:
Error contacting apcupsd @ localhost:3551: Connection refused

i tried with usb connection and smart but nothing sad

thank you but i've already seen that sad

their problem was a daemon on port 3551, the same used with ups but is not my problem.

This is my log:

but with dmesg i see:
