spca50x webcam driver

Has anyone managed to get the spca50x drivers to work? I currently have kernel 2.6.8.1, and compiled the drivers. When I plug the webcam, it detects the webcam as Intel create and share, but all I get is a black window...

I got it a spca5xx cam (labtec pro) working perfectly. It's probably a cam specific problem, try searching the spca50x-mail-list archive, ask on the spca50x irc-channel, or mail to the mail-list or directly to the devel.
