automount using udev, but normal user can't access

i'm using udev rules to automount usb drive. one of my external drive using usb to connect my pc.the file system of that external hdd is ntfs. when i plugin, automount in /media, but i can't using normal user to go in. need superuser.how to i slove this question?

but i really no problem with my pendrive, only problem with this usb hdd only. i plugin pendrive, the permission is 777, but usb hdd 600.

add a storage group is that a command # usermod -a -G  storage  username
i already added, but still not working with me.

You must be in the storage group to mount drives.  To add a user to a group take a look at the wiki.

Have you tried using hal instead? It might be easier.

i just copy the rules from arch wiki. i don't know correct or wrong. can you show me udev rules?
if using hal, how to set? is that easy to set?

You could also try to install ntfs-3g, maybe its a problem related to NTFS.

i already install ntfs-3g, i use "mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sdb1 /media/usbhd" with no problem read and write.
how do i add to udev rules?

now i can automount my usb ntfs-3g and vfat in udev rules.
but how to i umount the device? is that direct unplug it?
