Very poor mic sound on MSI Wind U100

Hello,
I recently installed Arch Linux on my MSI Wind U100
(Medion edition from Germany), http://wiki.msiwind.net/index.php/Arch_Linux . Everything works fine,
apart from the fact that the quality of the built-in microphone's recordings
are far worse than those occurring using windows' driver.
There is a strong acoustic noise like rushing in the background which interferes.
Voice is barely understandable.

Here are two versions of the same spoken text, "Front Center", recorded using Arch
and Windows.

The naming of the audio controllers is buggy, too. Front Mic is in fact „Mic", while „Mic" seems to be the Front Mic. The controller named „Headphone" does somehow interfere with either PCM and/or Master, as a muted Headphone will mute all internal speakers.
