Hibernate and pm-utils not working on Thinkpad SL500

Hallo

I've got problem with pm-utils and hibernate. If I run hibernate it looks like that it saves RAM to to swap .
But when then i power on my notebook, it starts normal boot.

When i run pm-suspend it runs for maybe 10 seconds and than it ends with no change.

I'am using LXDE and Openbox ,but I tested it with KDE with the same effect.
