Issues after upgrading

Hello everybody

I'm new here and since a few months in Archlinux : nice distro

For my first post I'd like to submit a problem

After upgrading as a normal user with
yaourt -Syy
yaourt -Syu

I loose my acess to ntfs mountpoints, printers, digital kamera (I must use sudo sh -c 'gvfs-mount -u "%U"; exec gthumb --import-photos')

I think some files *.fdi are updated (especially with hal upgrade generally) and I must reconfigure some files *;fdi to resolve my problems

Do I misunderstand something ?, is-it  a bug ?

Hi xanataz and welcome here,
as a matter of fact, yaourt is not officialy supported application. I suggest using pacman for bigger updates next time. To get to the subject, can you provide a list of packages updated after you ran the commands?

Also what is the output of the "groups" command?
