Gnome Global Menu - Wrong names

I understand that globalmenu only works for true gtk applications. However when i'm using firefox it shows Firefox-Safe Mode instead of just Firefox like some other people's. Also, Emesene is shown as Controller.py.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Re: Gnome Global Menu - Wrong names

As you probably guessed yourself, Firefox is an XUL app, not a true GTK+ app.

As for Emesene: I don't know.

Re: Gnome Global Menu - Wrong names

actually on my system i have a firefox and firefox-safe mode (though i'm not using gnome) it could be that it picked up the one launcher but not the other, and you may have to add the regular launcher to the menu

this is purely a guess.
