Trying to give Okular a voice ;-)

I was able to properly configure festival on my system according to the hints published in our wiki. The test from the console shows it's working fine. Now I'm trying to make it work with Okular in KDE4 x86_64. I've already configured KTTS, I believe, but it still doesn't play any sounds when I choose "read text" from the menu.
Did anyone succeed in this?

You mean errors while running festival test? No, there aren't any.

"it still doesn't play any sounds when I choose "read text" from the menu." -> I would see in this momment the console output.

Hmm, O.K. But first tell me please how to make it happen. You mean starting Okular from a console and then forcing it to read a text?
