Empire ~ The King of all pacman frontends!

Ok more of a serf right now. It's still alpha.

http://splines.selfip.com/Empire/index.xhtml

It can do everything that pacman can do, except abs and deptest. This is a good way for me to learn PyGTK as well. I'll be improving it more and more.
THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. (maybe you can help me)

1. Get rid of sudo password
2. Arrange the text and buttons nicely
3. Remove window when button's pressed
3. Completely guified.
4. ABS support
5. AUR support

Personally, I'd rather be back in Hobbiton.

Sounds interesting.
But its too early to comment, esp. with the total absence of screenies/documentation.

Will be checking this thread for updates.

1. Get rid of sudo password

What exactly do you mean by that?

Re: Empire ~ The King of all pacman frontends!

Are you wrapping pacman? If so, why? Using pyalpmm would be better imo.
