Cannot sync ABS after power outage

I was in the middle of syncing ABS when my power went out.  I turned the computer back on and tried syncing again, only to get this error -

==> Starting ABS sync...
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [receiver]
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(600) [receiver=3.0.6]

Pacman works fine and I've reinstalled abs and rsync but I still get the error.  Anyone know what's up?
