Cheap webcam choice: need your help please

Hello all
I would like to buy a cheap webcam that I will use with Cheese, emesene (in the future), jabber...+
I like Philips or Logitech products...

My restrictions are:
Cheap (0-25€)
Supported in Archlinux
The best quality that we can get for this price...
