Problem with MS1690 area-imaging scanner

Hi to all:

I have one area-imaging scanner MS1690 Focus Area Imager, when it trying read 2D bar code, the system becomes crazy !!!

I can see it in the system:

When the device tries to read 2D bar code data, it shows on the screen parts of the captured data, after it shows something like printing options, then exit the graphics mode, switches to console and draw strange characters and it try to run commands finally or something, because the system asks the user password.

Someone else with the same problem ... Someone knows how to fix it ?
