Archlinux for Wii

Heya folks, some of you might know we can use arch on the wii.

burrently we are using the archlinuxppc repos.
only issue is, most packages are compiled with altivec, which the wii's ppc processor dont have.

does anyone know how to get in touch with the ppc team?
we need any patches they have, for gcc and gcc-libs especially, their cvs is down.

any help appreciated!
