Hi,
I recently installed Arch on a Macbook (1st Intel generation, I think. 1.83Ghz Core Duo processor), and I can't seem to get rEFIt to recognize the Arch install. I had the same problem a while back when I installed Arch on a Mac Mini (which has basically the same hardware). I've used the partitioning tool in rEFIt to sync the partitions, and the Linux partition is listed as a Linux partition in the mbr, but for some reason it still doesn't give me the option to boot from it.
I got around this problem on the Mac Mini by installing Ubuntu and using GRUB from that partition to boot Arch, but hard drive space on this Macbook is very limited, so I'd rather not have to do that.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

make sure the partitions are synced (gpt with mbr) and also make sure you installed grub to your arch partition *after* doing so

Thanks, it works now
I made the mistake of installing grub *before* syncing the partitions...
