Did something happen with AUR while I was gone the whole catalyst 9.7 driver? I get no results from AUR with yaourt.

It has been said that ATI driver has acpi problem, and previous patch of 2.6.29 seems not only to make it support 2.6.29, but to fix this problem as well. I don't whether there is a patch for 9.8 to fix acpi problem. Since I using a desktop PC, I do not quite care about it....
@nicfury, I don't know. Just open the virtual box it doesn't show any problem here.

Hey, catalyst-utils is a dependency for this, but it conflicts with libgl (since ATI brings its own libgl) which is a dependency for xorg-server, so everything gets screwed. Any ideas how to solve this?

@mefistofeles Force the removal of libgl with pacman -Rd libgl, then install catalyst-utils. It provides libgl, so xorg-server will be happy.

catalyst 9.8-1 : AMD\/ATI kernel drivers for Radeon brand cards. Stock kernel
( Unsupported package: Potentally dangerous ! )
==> Edit the PKGBUILD (highly recommended for security reasons) ? [Y/n]("A" to abort)?
