Hi! I just upgraded my arch to new version and Hal/DBus (i think) stopped working. They start properly, but both in KDE and in GNOME there are no storage devices shown. For example - if a open computer:/// localization in GNOME there's only "Filesystem" icon, though I have some other partitions on my drive, dvd drive and external HDD connected to USB. I tried reinstalling hal, dbus, xorg-server and it didn't help. The devices are listed properly in /dev/ and I can mount them from console. Also - dmesg shows some action when I plug something into USB and HAL reacts too (if I start it like: hald --daemon=no --verbose=yes it shows some lines after I plug f.e. pendrive). It alsa printed this line:
error while loading shared libraries: libvolume_id.so.1
and
Ignoring hotplug event - no parent
I don't have any other ideas so I ask for help here Thank you in advance
