so everyone knows i have, for personal reasons mostly, resigned from the development team...well as a package maintainer at least i may find something else i want to do though that does not look promising right now.

kindly cram it? why dont you kindly fuck off, I had no gripe with you only the egotistic fuck judd who has no ability to give credit where credit is due or respect to those who help with AL, and its not paranoier love its fact.

Im not trolling for no reason, I worked hard with AL when I first found it, introducing people, hosting this very bbs that I started, package updates, running a mirror which is still running today including a website mirror on my own web space, small donation, help with the community, i586 port of a fair amount of packages which anyone could use to build on... yet when I was getting nowhere with Judd after asking time and time again for ftp access so I could do software updates for security and got nowhere, then to lose directory privileges for the bbs and never got them back when I asked.. getting pretty much ignored like jeepster for no apprant reason.. shit if I was doing something wrong you could atleast of said instead of being so fucking childish(yea yea Im one to talk I know).... then I said I was leaving.. did I get a "thanks ody for the work you put in" nah did I fuck..

I cant be arsed ranting anymore, I did try, and yes Im bitter.. but I did try.

I give this post 20minutes till its removed..

heh thanks, but my contributions have been nothing compared to sarahs, so Im sorry for the harse comeback sarah it was uncalled for :oops:

neone who lives in britain may be able to agree that the damn heat here is driving us all mad.

oh and before anyone confuses my bitterness with haterid for AL your mistaken I still use it for every computer I own at home and work and still think its by far the best out there.

well thanks all, but let me remind you all that there are other folks that are very crucial to this distro as well. i was but a small part of the team. In fact those that are there now on the development team are far more capable than me in many aspects. so i do not see that i will be too missed from that team. As well there are many more of you out there that are probably fully capable of filling the gaps.

so you all know as well because i have left the development team does not mean that i am leaving this board or that i will no longer be using arch. nothing could be farther from the truth. i will continue contributing in any way feel i can on this forum and on irc. i also continue to run arch. the time just came where i needed to be a simple user agian for my sanity and contentment.

It sucks to see you go. You've been here since almost the beginning, and you've been instrumental in building this great community we have today, as well as the growing unofficial repository which began with you. You're always friendly and extremely supportive towards other Archers, and I hope that you stay in our circle for a long time, whether it be as a developer or a knowledgeable Arch veteran.

Thank for you all your hard work over the months, and know that there's always a place for you on the developer team if you want it.
