I'm not sure what you mean, are you talking about the dolphin file manager for KDE4? Are you using KDE? An alternative is Nautilus, which is part of Gnome. Below is the basics of installing software on arch linux. So you could try something like the following:
All these commands must be performed as root to work
pacman -S nautilus
installing packages:
pacman -S package_name_here
Searching for packages:
pacman -Ss package_name_or_search_term

to answer the question:
- get the file (forgot where it is ~_~)
- unpack it
- personally I use the terminal to cd to the directory && run it
- you can also use <insert some file manager that is able to run stuff here> to run it (provided to moved to the directory...)
