Burning tools

When i try to open brasero nothing happen.

I installed xfburn and from the command line i get this error message when i try to start it:
** (xfburn:7714): CRITICAL **: Failed to initialize gstreamer!

I do have gstreamer installed bad, ugly, good etc...

I know, I know... all those applications suck... install bashburn for complicated burning operations and use wodim for simple tasks (such as burning isos) and you'll be happyhorse.

It's not the problem, totem won't load anymore too. I get the same problem in this thread:
