Installing on LG X110 error

I've downloaded the i686 usb image and put it on my usb drive with:

# dd if=archlinux-2009.08-core-i686.img of=/dev/sdc

Then i put it into my netbook (a LG X110) and in grub i choose "Boot Arch Linux Live CD"
I login as root and type:

# /arch/setup

Then when i select "Prepare Hard Drive(s)" and choose "Auto-Prepare" and /dev/sda.
I just take the default sizes.
It make the /boot and swap partions but then it says: "Error creating ext3 filesystem on /dev/sda3"
Now there is a black screen with a lot of text:
