[solved]Xfce-icon problem

Hello All,
i am using xfce. its great but there is one problem that when i open the xfce menu the item shown without  the icon but its not show the icon it shows cross("x") sign there. what is wrong with it.

Installing gnome-icon-theme or tango-icon-theme should solve your icon problem.
