via drm code for chrome9

Hi, I would like to ask that via drm code published mounth ago will be added into 2.6.32 kernel ??? Somebody know ??

The DRI and Mesa devs said, once VIA releases an open source xorg driver that actually uses their DRM driver, the code will be considered for inclusion in the kernel. VIA did so a few weeks ago, but first I'm not sure if the x driver really needs the drm module and second, well, the driver doesn't really work (at least for me)...
