Unable to print

Hi, my printer (Epson Stylus DX3800) no longer prints, i tried updating cups to 1.4 from testing but it doesnt help. I also tried blacklisting the usblp module but it still doesnt work, heres the output from dmesg (nothing helpful from cups)

parport0: FIFO is stuck

Ive tried -ARCH and -lts.

Any ideas?
