cleaning after a failed yaourt install

Hi, i tryed installing songbird mp3 player with yaourt using this package : http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=7286

unfortunately it crashed in the middle of the installation.
Now i would like to remove/revert all the changes that were made to my system by that install.

i tryed

yaourt -Rsn songbird

but it tells me that its not installed...i imagine since the install did not complete.

how do i remove everything that it installed ? like dependancies and all that it downloaded and started compiling. I dont like having useless folders on my system as i would eventually forget they are from a failed install and keep them for no reason.

Thank you very much

Re: cleaning after a failed yaourt install

Did it fail before it actually installed the binaries and so on? If so, it should have only left files in its temporary directory to create the package before installation and nowhere else.
To clean up unused dependencies, run 'pacman -Qdt' to isolate those and remove them if you want.

Re: cleaning after a failed yaourt install

Look for the package directory sub /tmp/yaourt-tmp-<username>/ or /var/abs/local/yaourtbuild/.

To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.
