amarok doesn't play music

Hi,

I used vlc or xfmedia and I had no problem playing music, but once I wanted to try a more complete audio player so I've install amarok. When I play some music nothing happens. Sometimes I've a message that tells "too many errors encountered in the playlist. The playback stopped" or another in a popup that tells "phonon kde's library: the hda intel (connexant analog) doesn't work". In the settings I've tried to change the output device, but there it works when tested. I've installed gst-plugins but nothing change.
If someone could tell me where to search the answer or what must be check I would be very grateful.

Thank you very much, the installation of gstreamer plugins solve my problem!
