[wiki] added backup instructions for the luks article

I wondered why there wasn't any backup-instruction yet, so I added them.
Everyone who encrypts his partitions should backup the headers! (and even better: backup the data too)

It would be great if some of you guys would have a look at it and maybe correct my not-that-perfect english
