Get devkit-daemon working?

I tried installing gnome-power-manager last night and found that it didn't do anything. I put the sliders down to 3 minutes for display and 6 minutes for hibernation. After some digging, I learned that this version of gnome-power-manager 2.26.3 depended on DeviceKit. Having trouble trying to find the daemon.

Re: Get devkit-daemon working?

My bad, found the daemon in /usr/lib/DeviceKit/

Do what is it doing there? Do you have to copy or symlink it to /etc/rc.d?
