ATIer : An ATI cards driver auto download & config tool

hello all,

-i thought its good to have a script that gets the proper driver for the installed ATI card and configure xorg.conf by itself ( if a config file for the card is available )

-before writing this script i searched te forums and couldnt find any similar script
-any fixes are welcomed

-this script is supposed to override the configuration problems ( relying on the ati wiki page or any other resources )  , so far it worked perfectly with HD 4650
