Theora 1.1 released... Woot!

I heard about this about a month ago and have been looking forward to this.  Theora 1.1 is a big release for theora as alot of the encoding work has been redone.  What does it mean?

- Better video quality
- Improved rate control

And a few other things.  You can read more about it here.  Bit surprised this didn't make bigger news.  With theora 1.1 new html5 videos won't have the spotting effects that they did before.  If you look at the bottom of the page a patch has been made to trunk so hopefully this will be in Firefox soon.
