No more keyboard nor mouse un gdm

Hi there.
Just installed networkmanager and its gnome applet and, after rebooting, couldn't use neither my keyboard or my mouse under Xorg.

I can't log-in because gdm starts automaticaly.

Is there a way to solve my problem ? How can I boot without GDM autostarting so I can log-in ?

Thanks

Re: No more keyboard nor mouse un gdm

Boot into single user mode by appending 'single' to your grub kernel arguments..remove the gdm daemon from rc.conf, or (depending on your method) make runlevel 3 default in inittab.

Re: No more keyboard nor mouse un gdm

thats strange,  Im not sure how the two are related but heres what I do whenever I break it,
bott into the live cd, mount the root partition through fstab, edit rc.conf make sure you have dbus, fam and hal daemons loading *before* gdm, I dont know if you are backgrounding anything but I am backgrounding hal and fam (couldnt background dbus or because it resultied in no inputs being detected)
